Get to Know Young Hall

As Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University's very first dormitory, this historic residence hall empowers young women to bring about social change and challenges their entrepreneurial spirit through creative programming. Authentic sisterhood is at the heart of our small community, and residents are encouraged to learn from each other and build each other up.

Named after FAMU's second president Nathan B. Young, the residence facility is located next to Sampson Hall. Young is a traditional all-female style facility which offers single and double rooms.
