Palmetto Street Phase Ill Apartments is an apartment-style facility. The facility consists of three buildings: Building 162, Building 163 and the Common Building. The facility includes single and double rooms. Each apartment is fully furnished. The Common Building includes the main office, a recreation room which is equipped with a large television, computer lab, laundry facilities, a conference room, and vending machines. Phase Ill is located south of the Palmetto Apartments.
