How to submit via IRBNET

 

IRBNet is a web based document management system. ALL research conducted by Florida A&M University, students, or staff involving humans, animals, or institutional biosafety MUST be submitted and stored using IRBNet. All forms and templates are located in the IRBNet system. IRBNet is one of the industry’s leading Institutional Review Board, Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee and Institutional Biosafety Committee’s software programs, and provides electronic application management, on-line submissions and many other important features to the FAMU research community. In addition to being a flexible and comprehensive system, IRBNet’s secure web-based solution is accessible anytime, anywhere.

Step by Step: How to Retrieve Modification Letter or Approval Letter

 

Step 1 Connect to the internet – www.irbnet.org

Step 2 Log in to www.irbnet.org using your user name and password

Step 3 - Click –  On the toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen click on the “My Projects” button.

This will allow you to see all the packages that have been started for your project. Click the project that you wish to access.

Step 4 - Click – Review Details in the center of the screen where the project has been approved.

Step 5 – Under “Board Documents” the Modification or Approval letter will be listed. Click to download.
