What is Online MBA?

Like the One Year MBA program, the Online MBA program is a competence based program aimed at producing graduates with competencies and skills to become effective contributors at the mid or higher-level management in organizations.

The curriculum covers a broad range of business-related subjects, providing a well-rounded education in areas such as finance, marketing, operations, human resources, strategy, and leadership.

A: SBI graduates have the privilege of networking with a network of successful SBI and FAMU alumni for professional advice and social connections.

Q: Does the MBA program provide candidates with opportunity for pursuing a concentration of a major?
A: Although the MBA program does not officially offer majors or concentrations, candidates are able to take elective courses in their fields of interest in order to develop an emphasis in those fields.

Q: Is a self-paced curriculum available the online student?
A: The online MBA is currently Cohort based. There is currently no plan to offer a self-paced curriculum. However, professors understand the challenges that can present themselves when a student is working full time and taking graduate level courses and are willing to work with students to the extent possible.
