The Summer Housing Application process opens March 2 – May 29, 2026.

Current Students

Polkinghorne Village West has been selected as the summer option for Sessions “A" and "C”.

Any student who currently lives on campus or plans to live on campus during Summer A or Summer C is required to submit a Summer Housing Application by Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
 
Students who fail to submit a Summer Housing Application by this deadline will be required to move out of their current residential facility no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 3, 2026.
 
Summer Move-In Information
  • Summer A & C Move-In Date: Friday, May 8, 2026
  • Summer Housing Location: Polkinghorne Village West
Current Residents (Returning Students):
Returning students who currently live on campus and have:
  • Completed a Summer Housing Application, and
  • Registered for Summer courses
may remain in their current living space through May 7, 2026. However, all residents approved for Summer "A" or "C" housing must relocate to Polkinghorne Village West on May 8, 2026.
 
Failure to move as required may result in:
  • Forfeiture of your summer housing assignment, and
  • Assessment of an improper checkout fee
Students are strongly encouraged to complete all required steps by the stated deadline to avoid disruptions in housing eligibility or additional charges. 
 

Incoming Students

If you are an Incoming New Student applying for both Summer B 2026 and the 2026-2027 academic year, you will need to submit two separate applications through your Housing Portal. but only one payment is required.

REMINDER: Students who apply for summer housing will also need to apply for fall-spring housing as well. Please go to Applying For Housing to do so.

NOTE: Newly admitted freshmen and transfer summer 2026 students who have already paid their $200 nonrefundable advance payment and completed a fall 2026 housing application do not have to pay an additional $200 fee. Venom Landing South has been selected as the summer option for 1st time incoming students.

Summer "B" move-in starts on June 16, 2026.
