Ms. Fountain has been a valuable employee of University Housing team, having begun with the Assignments staff in September of 2013. In February of 2014, she was promoted to the Budget Program Assistant position where she handled all Human Resource aspects of OPS employment for the department.
After 8 years in the Budget Section, Ms. Fountain will now go on to be the first
Coordinator of Conference and Guest Services for University Housing/Florida A&M University.
Ms. Fountain is committed to the overall success of the Office of University and is a vital member of the OUH team. As the Coordinator, Conferences & Guest Services, she is responsible for organizing client meetings, offering tours of available buildings, facilitating the contracting process, and negotiating appropriate items in a timely manner. She serves as the primary contact for all conference clients wishing to utilize University Student Housing and communicate those needs to stakeholders for summer programs. I am excited to see the leadership and innovation that she will bring to this new position as she markets, recruits, schedules, and grows the summer conference program here at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
The Marketing team welcomes three new faces. Efforts will primarily focus on digital and physical promotional efforts, including Fall '22 Housing, RattlersGo, and social media management.
