Dr. Robin Butler is a dedicated nurse educator and academic leader with extensive
experience in both clinical practice and nursing education. She currently serves as
Associate Dean of the Undergraduate Nursing Program and Director of the RN-BSN Program
at Florida A&M University School of Nursing.
Her clinical background includes roles in neonatology, pediatric care, public health
coordination for chronic illness programs, and acute mental health nursing. Dr. Butler
is passionate about preparing future nurses to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based
care across diverse populations.

Dr. Butler’s teaching and research interests include:

- Stress and coping among adolescent mothers in the NICU
- Simulation-based learning in pediatric, adult, and leadership nursing
