Keniya Mitchell provides leadership for experiential learning initiatives, supporting the mission and values of simulation-based education and student success while overseeing clinical placements, psychomotor skill labs, and high- and low-fidelity simulation laboratories. Keniya promotes active, hands-on learning in realistic clinical scenarios. She also develops and maintains an inventory system for all simulation equipment and supplies, in accordance with INACSL (International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning) and SSH (Society for Simulation in Healthcare) guidelines.
