About Me


I am an alumni of Florida A&M School of Nursing.
I have 23 years of healthcare experience with 11 of those years working in nursing administration as a Director of Nursing (DON). 
While working as your professor, I also work as a Nurse Practitioner for a Primary Care Practice. 
I am member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. 
I am the Vice President of nursing non-profit organization, Nurses On A Mission.
I am a published author.
