This constitutes the University’s official notification to terminate the solicitation, reject all replies and reissue in accordance with Section 2.13 this solicitation document and Section 119.071(1)(b)3, F.S. All replies submitted in response to the original ITN remain exempt from public records until FAMU provides notice of an intended decision concerning the re-issued ITN or until FAMU withdraws the re-issued ITN.

This posting period will commence 3:00 PM on May 11, 2026 and end 3:00 PM on May 14, 2026

Failure to file a protest or failure to timely deliver the required bond or other security in accordance with the Board of Governors’ Regulations 18.002 and 18.003 shall constitute a waiver of protest proceedings.
