Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
Managing staffing, absence, benefits, compensation, and payroll, while empowering
employees with self-service capabilities.
Workday Financial Management
Delivering core financial processes including accounting, reporting, supplier accounts,
and banking. This will equip managers and leadership with crucial data for business
decisions.
This is a collaborative effort involving subject matter experts across FAMU and Workday specialists. A network of change agents within different schools and colleges will also provide support during and after the go-live.

Introductory information shared regarding key self-service functionalities and new
responsibilities.
Early July 2025
Training tools and resources become available.

Workday is a unified finance and human resources cloud application designed for the way people work. It will serve as FAMU's single source of truth for information about our People and our Business.
