A: FAMU Online programs are designed to be fully online. You are not required to attend any classes on campus unless the specific program requires it. Be sure to check your program’s requirements for any exceptions. 
 
Q: How are FAMU Online classes structured—do they follow a set schedule? 
A: Most courses follow a structured schedule with weekly deadlines. 
 
Q: What technology or equipment will I need for online learning? 
A: You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a laptop or desktop computer, and basic software like a web browser, word processor, and webcam. Specific academic programs may have additional requirements.

Q: What are the admission requirements for FAMU Online programs? Are they different from traditional programs? 
A: Admission requirements for online programs are generally the same as for on-campus programs, including transcripts, standardized test scores (if required), and application materials. 
 
Q: Can I transfer credits from another institution?

Q: Will I have access to professors, academic advisors, and other support services as an online student? 
A: Absolutely. Online students have access to faculty, academic advisors, tutoring, tech support, and library resources. 
 
Q: Is a degree earned through FAMU Online the same as one earned on campus? 
A: Yes, degrees earned online are identical to those earned on campus in both quality and accreditation. 
Student Access & Fees 
 
Q: Do I need a school I.D. to visit the school, and can online students get an ID when we visit? 
A: Online students can pick up a physical Rattler Card in person or obtain a virtual Rattler Card online. No ID is required to visit campus, however ceratin services require your I.D.
