The Summer Housing Application process opens April 5 - June 3.

If you are an Incoming New Student interested in staying with us for Summer B 2023 only:

Send a $200 money order or cashier's check

ALONG WITH

A signed copy of the Housing Confirmation Agreement to The Office of University Housing at 1735 Wahnish Way, Suite 305 Tallahassee, FL 32307. The deadline is June 15, 2023.

All Summer B assignments will be made by June 15, 2023, and students will reside in Polkinghorne Village East.

NOTE:  Newly admitted freshmen and transfer summer 2023 students who have already paid their $200 nonrefundable advance payment and completed a fall 2023 housing application do not have to pay an additional $200 fee.  Simply complete the application and email it to famuhousing@famu.edu.

Polkinghorne Village West has been selected as the summer option for Sessions “A" and "C”. Spring 2023 students currently living in Polkinghorne Village West and attending Session “A” or “C” must submit a renewal form by Friday, April 21, 2023, or you will be required to move out of the facility by 12 P.M., May 6, 2023. All other students registered for Session “A” or “C” will move to Polkinghorne Village West on May 11, 2023. If you are an Incoming New Student applying for both Summer B 2023 and the 2023-2024 academic year, you will need to submit two separate  Housing Confirmation Agreements but only one payment is required.
 

If you are a Current Residential Student interested in staying with us for Summer A or C 2023:

  1. Complete the Summer Option Form
  2. Drop-off the form to our office in CASS 305 along with your $100 nonrefundable advance payment in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.

If you are a Current Residential Student interested in staying with us for Summer B:

  1. Complete the Summer Option Form
  2. Drop-off the form to our office in CASS 305 along with your $100 nonrefundable advance payment in the form of a money order or cashier’s check.
  3. Keep in mind, you must be moved out of your spring housing assignment by Sunday, May 6, 2023 at 12 pm if you are residing in University Housing for Summer A or C.

All Summer A & C assignments will be made by May 1, 2023.
