Cynthia Ramkellawan is a Florida A&M University College of Law graduate who has remained
committed to the College of Law’s Mission. She received the honor of being a Top Honor
Graduate upon graduating from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor
of Arts. At the time of her graduation, she was the youngest student to matriculate
and receive her Juris Doctorate from the Florida A&M College of Law, magna cum laude.
She also earned an LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, where she
served in the capacity of LL.M Advisor on the Georgetown Journal of International
Law.
In May, 2021, Cynthia was honored by the UCF Alumni Association as a recipient of
its Seventh Annual 30 Under 30 Award recognizing her professional successes and exemplary
service to her community.
Cynthia maintains active bar memberships in Florida and New York.
