I am aware that our time together is just for a semester, and I value that time. I am an Exhorter, Influencer, Agent of Change, Creative and Courageous. These abilities are brought into the classroom every time we meet to aide you in transitioning from college to work. I strongly support, the University’s Strategic Plan, especially Strategic Priority 1: Exceptional Student Experience and Strategic Priority 2: Excellent and Renowned Faculty. I believe my professional goals align with my personal mission which is the sustainment of Florida A&M University, specifically for the Division of Health Care Management. I strive to bring value and stay relevant in all aspects of my teaching profession. Part of that means, equipping you with tools that are relevant for the marketplace. It is my desire to instill in you the mindset, always bring value to make a difference in the workplace. Finally, I serve to remind you, to change with the times and influence the change as well.
