Goals and Strategies

Goal 1: To enhance pathways to degree programs

• The OUA will provide training on curriculum mapping for FAMU Colleges/Schools.

Goal 2: To enhance surveys distributed by the Office of University Assessment

• The OUA will update and improve the FAMU Exit Survey in collaboration with ILAC.

Goal 3: To enhance the FAMU culture of assessment

• The OUA will acknowledge meaningful assessment within Colleges/Schools/Divisions by establishing an Assessment Champion award and identifying a designee.
• The OUA will encourage quality assessment processes by facilitating planned trainings to assessment liaisons.

Goal 4: To develop programs that assist assessment liaisons with timely and accurate reporting and research

• The OUA will implement the Nuventive Assessment Platform to improve the process of assessment reporting for assessment liaisons.
