Florida Pre-Paid Plans & Policies

Deferments MUST be cancelled by the 5th day of class.
Students need to contact Student Financial Services, Third Party Billing (CASS Building Suite 103 or 850 412-5035) in the event that they wish for the Florida Prepaid deferment to be canceled.

Contact should be made with this office in the event courses are added and/or dropped during the first week of classes to ensure that the proper deferment is placed on the student’s account.

Deferments for students are processed per academic term. Florida Pre-Paid deferments that do not cover the balance of tuition and fees due will need to pay or have sufficient financial aid to cover the balance due by the fee payment deadline. An invoice will be sent to Florida Prepaid 30 days after the beginning of the term. In the event that the Florida Pre-Paid does not pay for the invoiced amount, the student will be placed on cashiering hold for the unpaid balance/reimbursement of refunds received. The student may also incur the addition of the $100.00 late payment fee. In addition, the student will not be able to receive a transcript, register for future terms and/or receive a diploma until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
