Regardless of your native land, once you enroll or join our research faculty, you become a valued member of the FAMU Community. The Office of International Education and Development exists to make your experience a positive one by providing comprehensive support, referral and immigration services.

Admissions Requirements

All International applicants applying to Florida A&M University are required to submit an online application. It is important to provide complete and accurate information. Incomplete information will delay the processing of your application.  To apply for your initial form I-20 submit your complete international student admission application by the stated deadlines: November 15 for spring term and May 15 for fall term.

The purpose of the ISA is to provide support to international students who are far from home; to connect with each other; to educate one another about differences and similarities among our cultures, while embracing our diversity.

The membership is limited to all students who are enrolled full-time at Florida A&M University. No hazing or discrimination will be used as a condition of membership in this organization.
