FAMU's Service Excellence Training aims to expand university employees' understanding of service excellence, emphasizing that it goes beyond simply completing daily tasks. The trainings will equip faculty and staff with the skills needed for excellent service delivery, and will be the catalyst for transforming the way we deliver exceptional service and engage with one another.
