The Florida A&M University Division of Continuing Education is dedicated to providing
excellent educational programs and services to all who are interested in continuing
their professional studies and personal growth through degree-seeking and non-credit
programs.
The Division, which is under the auspices of the university’s Provost/ Vice President
for Academic Affairs, endeavors to provide quality programs that are competitive and
essential in today’s changing and challenging world. Professors from the historic
university’s faculty and experts from various disciplines have partnered with the
university to ensure that students have the chance to engage in topical, cutting-edge
programs that reflect our communities’ professions, people and passions.
Continuing Education offers a time to acquire new skills - particularly during our nation’s changing and challenging economy - to explore new
worlds of interest just for adventure and fun, or to exchange ideas that simply help
to expand the mind. Many of our course offerings allow students to access them while
studying on campus or off-site in centers close to home, as well as those abroad.
Additionally, as the university continues to strive for ways to bridge the digital
divide, Continuing Education plans to offer even more courses that are technology
assisted.
Yes, Continuing Education is working hard to continue to provide quality programs
with the best delivery models and customer service possible.
