About This Program
Course modules are focused on teaching you practical strategies to address obstacles that impact women in leadership positions and help you excel at managing, engaging and motivating high-performing teams.
The curriculum also prepares you to market yourself as a professional and negotiate workplace advancement, pursue new professional opportunities or continue to grow as an entrepreneur.

Prerequisites:
Applicants seeking admission to the Women in Leadership program must have a high school diploma or GED. The training has been designed to benefit people of all experience levels and with a goal of expanding leadership skills. There are no testing requirements.
