We are thrilled to have you join our vibrant and supportive community of FAMU scholars. To get started, please follow the instructions below to learn more about the scholarships available and how you can apply to achieve your academic and professional goals. We look forward to supporting you every step of the way. 

All scholars must be members of our University Honors LLC program,

and elect one of two tracks:

“Honors Scholar” or “Scholar of Excellence”

Our mission is to support and empower our scholars, providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to excel both academically and professionally.

Our goal is to continue building on our previous successes and ensuring that every scholar thrives. We believe in the potential of our scholars and are dedicated to supporting their growth, both academically and personally. The University Scholarship Program is about creating a community of scholars who are equipped to make a positive impact on the world.

Required Steps

  • Step 1 - Apply to the University

  • Step 3 - Meet the Minimum Criteria for Scholarship

    All applicants must have a 3.50 Unweighted GPA and ONE of the following:

    SAT (1320) with a 670 Math SAT or greater

    ACT(28) with a 28 Math ACT or greater
