Peer Health Advocates Program Peer educators are students leaders from all areas of discpline. Participating students are trained in health promotion and outreach to help educate FAMU students to reduce their risk of HIV infection, substance abuse prevention, violence prevention and general health education principles. Peer educators are available for classroom or residence hall presentation and to meet with student organizations. This program is supported by Student Health Services. Diabetes Education Class In collaboration with Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Diabetes Center, a Diabetes Education Class is offered free to students and staff with this chronic disease. You can meet with a certified diabetes educator and a dietician to learn more about how to manage your disease. Please call 850-599-3777850-599-3777 to register.

Services available : Primary Care, free Rapid HIV testing, physicals, etc.
