 Guiding Principles

  • Self-Responsibility
    • There are things we, individually, must do to help improve our health and wellness. The doctor cannot fix everything.
  • Holistic
    • Health includes our physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
  • Journey
    • This is a journey; we never “arrive.” There is always something more to be done.
  • Balance
    • You have to work on all areas to improve wellness.
  • Unique
    • There is no one way – everyone’s path will be different.
  • Time
    • There is no perfect day to start – start toda
