Troubleshooting FAMU EZproxy
Troubleshooting:
Ensure that your library card is activated. Call library circulation desk at 850-599-3376.
Be sure that your browser has been allowed to accept "cookies" in your browser's preferences/options settings. Cookies expire and are removed upon closing your browser sessions.
Enable Java/JavaScript in your browser's preferences/options.
Only use links on the web pages to which you conncect (Do not use the "home" button, "favorites" or "bookmarks", or enter anything into the location bar) during your proxy session.
You may freely use your browser's "back" and "forward" buttons.
URLs bookmarked during your session will not work after you logout.
Once you are authenticated, you will be allowed to go from database to database until your session lapses. Once it lapses you will be prompted to enter your library number.
