Action Research Project
During the induction years, candidates will complete an action research project, which is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of the graduates as classroom teachers. Completion of the action research project will:
- support continuing engagement in school improvement,
- enhance and impact student content knowledge, and
- assist graduates in applying their acquired knowledge to promote student learning gains.
Other activities include:
- Research collaboration with local schools
- Research symposium and journal
