Awards: - Received $2,400,000 grant with Dr. Simmonds to establish CAE in Global Security and International Affairs
- Received Title III grant to fund FAMU Pre-Professional Law Program, (3 3) Program, $250,000 (2008)
- Received a $10,000.00 grant from the Central Intelligence Agency and its Office of Russian and European Analysis (OREA) to develop a writing project for students. (2008 and 2009)
