General Accounting, Reporting & Analysis
The General Accounting Reporting & Analysis Unit is responsible for providing financial data and analysis, including annual financial statements, on behalf of the University to both internal and external entities.
The General Accounting Unit includes the following areas:
- Construction Accounting
- Asset Management Accounting
- Abandoned Property
- Journal Transfers
- Financial Aid Reconciliation
Purchasing Card Reconciliation
Tasked with preforming monthly reconciliation of the purchasing card transaction to the Card Holder’s supporting documentation and the University bank account. The cardholder purchases are verified that they are in compliance with the University policies and procedures.
