This is work performing a variety of assigned clerical tasks; Compiles and sorts data in preparation for tabulation, analysis, and/or written reports; Organizes and maintains Social Media sites. Assists with special events such as crime prevention and community presentations. Responds to inquiries regarding program/unit functions and procedures; May input and/or retrieve data from computer terminals.
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related experience; or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to one year of related experience.
Computer Application Knowledge - Knowledge of applicable computer software and basic computer functions.
Effective Communication - Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Equipment Operation - Knowledge of and ability to safely operate a variety of production equipment.
Laws, Rules & Regulations - Knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply related University rules and regulations.
Prioritize and Multi-task - Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
University Policy - Knowledge of and the ability to interpret and apply related University policies, procedures, principles, and practices.
Working Relationships - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
