About Entomology

The major of Entomology prepares individuals to seek positions in state and federal agencies or private businesses, including structural pest control ones that concern themselves with various entomological activities. The curriculum is offered to students [undergraduate and graduate (MS, Ph.D.)] interested in positions in urban entomology, forensic entomology, biological control, aquatic environmental sciences and general entomology. Excellent opportunities are available in Florida and nationwide.
