|  | Activity Directors' Meeting Thursday, May 6, 2009 An Activity Directors Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2009 @ 2:00 PM in the new Pharmacy Bldg., room 102. The purpose of this meeting is to meet the new Interim Executive Director, Attorney Rosalind Fuse-Hall. This meeting should last about an hour. See you there. |
|  | Updated Program Monitoring Policy Thursday, March 12, 2009 Effective March 11, 2009, The Title III Office adopted a new Program Monitoring Policy. The details of this policy can be found on our website under Activity Management. The policy contains details about how we expect each activity to perform in 5 critical areas of Title III Activity Management. - Progress on objectives

- Responsiveness to communications and attendance at meetings

|  | 2009-2010 Proposals Thursday March 12, 2009 It’s time to begin work on your proposal for the 2009-2010 funding period. We are asking that all activities submit a summary, objectives, an implementation strategy, and a budget. To begin, you will need to log on to TTrac and click the “Log in to 2009-2010” link on the activity director’s menu. Your budget request should not exceed the currents year’s budget. The deadline for submission is March 25, 2009. | | “Gatekeepers” Meeting Friday, January 30, 2009 A meeting for your ‘gatekeepers’ has been scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2009 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The location is Coleman library (media center- room 113). Gatekeepers are those employees responsible for processing Title III documents. This includes personnel, requisitions and travel. This meeting is not for activity directors. |  | Activity Directors’ Meeting Wednesday, January 14, 2009 A mandatory Activity Directors’ Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14th, 2008 at 3:00pm. We will meet in the Coleman Library-Instructional Media Center-Access Grid- Room 113 (annex). If you are not sure of the location, as you enter the Instructional Media Center someone will assist you. 100% participation is essential because Mr. Herrington will discuss some very important Title III issues. |  | Quarterly Performance Reports Wednesday, January 14, 2009 1. PLEASE submit your 1st Quarterly Performance Report by 11:00am on Monday January 12th. This will cover accomplishments made during the 1st quarter of the 2008-2009 funding year, which includes October, November, & December of 2008. 2. We have added new questions and instructions in sections 1,3,4,&7 so please read the forms carefully. 3. In the past, some of you missed clicking the submit button on the main menu. Your report will not be officially submitted until you do so. 4. If you have been awarded additional funds under CCRAA, you must submit a report under those accounts as well. 5. |  | Annual Performance Report Friday, November 14, 2008 To ensure that the Department of Education’s Annual Performance Report (APR) is complete, we are asking that you submit the following information via the TTrac system. 1. Process Measure Questions Section 3 of the APR requires that you to let us know what you have accomplished during the past year in relation to the LAA category(ies) assigned to your Activity. You should respond to questions under the links provided for you on the activity director’s menu. You should mark NA on questions that do not apply and you MUST provide answers to at least 2 of the standard questions. 2. Final Objective Summary Statements Section 4 of the APR requires that you provide detailed and quantitative results for each component of all completed objectives. Also, 1) if there are objectives that are continuing; provide the quantitative results and goals for completion; 2) if the objective is not complete or deleted; please give a brief summary to document the justification of status.
