MSW Degree Requirements
The general requirements for the Master of Social Work degree include:
Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 67 semester credit hours in class and field instruction in social work within four years of the admission date; and
At least a 3.0 (“B”) grade for all required graduate social work courses plus a “B” or better (3.0) in all field practicum and seminar courses for an overall GPA of 3.0 or above; and
Faculty recommendation for award of the Master of Social Work degree.
