The Service Response Center (SRC) is the communication hub between Plant Operations and Maintenance and the University community. The Service Response Center has a dual role: first, the primary function of the SRC is to receive and record customer service requests clearly and concisely and distribute them to the appropriate trade(s); and second, to provide status updates, upon request, for customers.
The SRC is open weekdays from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30p.m. Service requests can be made by calling 599-3525 or by printing and faxing the SRC Electronic Request Form to 599-3938.
