Attendance and Leave
This section coordinates the university’s centralized leave program for all employees of the University who are authorized leave accrual.  This section processes terminal leave payouts, conducts employee exit interviews and coordinates the University’s Sick Leave Pool in accordance with the University Regulation.
Benefits
This section administers the University’s retirement programs, group insurance (state health, life and supplemental insurance), pre-tax and tax sheltered annuities.   The Staff acts as the liaison between the University and the State agencies.
Classification and Recruitment
This section coordinates employment recruitment, employee selection, employment verification and the employee appointment process of all employees for the University.  This section is also responsible for the proper allocation and classification of all positions utilized by the University.
Equal Opportunity Programs
This section is primarily responsible for conciliating and investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment. The Office also provides reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), selects scholarship recipients for the Minority Community College Transfer Scholarship (MCCTS), compiles equity reports, receives faculty applications for the University, oversee faculty credentialing process, and establishes equity programs
Labor and Employee Relations
This section oversees the University's performance appraisal, workers' compensation, union contract administration, and employee relations. It is also responsible for coordinating moving expenses, tuition reimbursements, and tuition waivers.
Organizational Development and Training
The Office of Organizational Development and Training is responsible for fostering learning and development opportunities for all employees. Workplace learning and performance initiatives inclusive of Basic Technology Skills, Career Development Training, Financial Management, Grants Management, Human Resources, Individual Performance Development and University-wide Compliance Training are among the performance driven courses offered. In addition, the department provides training career development advisors for each employee to assist with their knowledge fusion development process.

Record Management
This section documents and maintains files for all employees at the University.  All access is controlled in this section.  Other responsibilities include the maintenance and update of all Position Descriptions and the maintenance and updating of a Computerized Organizational Charts for each division of the University.
