Palmetto Street North

Palmetto Street North Apartments opened its doors in September 1974. These apartments originally housed female residents and were called the Women’s Complex. Later the name was changed to Palmetto Street North and it became a co-ed housing facility. Palmetto Street North is designed to house (197) residents; (17) of which are family. Each apartment is a two bedroom, double spaced units with a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and a storage closet.  The apartments are also equipped with: wireless internet access, central air and heating, and is cable ready.  The complex offers a computer lab, and a fully functional laundry facility. These apartments are located on the Southeast end of campus, off Palmetto Street.  Shuttle services are available to Palmetto residents during the weekdays to all areas of the campus. In addition, the complex is in close proximity to various grocery chains, and off campus dining.
