- Monitors Graduate Enrollment Retention and Graduation
- Oversees Graduate Faculty Status

- Manages the Graduate Feeder Program;
- Plans and implements the Graduate Feeder Conference (September);
- Serves as the Secretary to the Graduate Council;
- Coordinates the processing of graduate faculty appointments, and maintains a central database of its membership;
- Assists with the processing of Theses and Dissertations;
- Manage New Graduate Student Orientation
- Plans and implements the Graduate Recruitment Days (November and February);
- Plans and assists with the Graduate Professional Development Seminars;
- Plans and implements Informational and Training Sessions (GRE, etc.);
- Serves as the Graduate Student Association Liaison;
- Assists international students with admissions application process;

- Processes graduate applications
- Facilitate and monitor domestic and international Graduate Students’ Admissions
- Meet with Prospective Students
- Service current graduate students
- Assists in Marketing Graduate Programs / Recruitment Activities

- Monitors all budgets assigned to Graduate Studies;
- Processes Graduate Assistantships; Fellowships/Scholarships, and Fee Waivers
- Addresses all financial issues of graduate students
- Health Insurance
