FAMU HBCU-UP SCALAR STEM DAY 2017
STEM Day is an outreach activity for 6th -12th grade students, designed to increase their interest in pursuing careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields, and to highlight the various STEM activities taking place on FAMU’s campus.
The event’s theme is “Harness The Power: Get AMPed Up.” Students will unlock the mysteries of science with hands-on problem-solving experiments in STEM disciplines.
All parents of student participants (pre-registrants and on-site registrants) under the age of eighteen (18) must sign both the STEM DAY Permission & Hold Harmless form and the Photography/Video Consent, Release and Covenant not to sue FAMU form in order to participate in all of the STEM Day activities.
