To be eligible for the Medical Scholars Program (MSP) at FAMU, applicants must have a recalculated core high school grade point average of 3.50 or better, an SAT composite minimum score of 1290 or better, or an ACT composite minimum score of 29 or better, and must be in their last year of high school at the time of application. No more than 10 total students will be admitted to Track-1 of the MSP each year. Students must successfully complete the MSP, satisfy the requirements of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME), American Association of Medical Colleges (AAMC), and the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) before moving on to FAU’s College of Medicine.
