Admissions applications are available online; paper applications (PDFs) are available for the first-time-in-college Florida residents applying with a College Board or ACT application fee waiver. Most of the forms below are supplemental information that should be mailed to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
Any Florida student applying to FAMU with a College Board or ACT application fee waiver can not submit an online application. The application must be mailed in with the original application fee waiver.
FAMU accepts College Board and ACT application fee waivers from first-time-in-college Florida residents only.
FAMU no longer accepts personal checks or cash as a form of application fee payment. Fee payments will only be accepted in the form of a cashier’s check or money order.
