Vehicles operated on campus by employees and enrolled students, regardless of the number of hours or days, night or day, part-time, full-time, must be registered and must display the appropriate university decal or permit. Adhesive backed decals shall be permanently affixed to the lower left front windshield only. Hangtag must be properly displayed from the rearview mirror.
ALL decals expire annually on August 31st. Vehicle registration is required on an annual basis or upon arrival at the University and is valid thru August 31st unless otherwise noted.
Employees may pay for their decals by check, cash, credit card (visa/master card) and payroll deduction. There is a replacement fee associated with obtaining a new decal after the initial decal purchase.

The fee entitles each student to a parking decal for the academic year; authorization to park in designated parking lots on campus, free parking at the university garage (excluding special events) and access to various Star Metro shuttle/transportation services (on and off campus) at no extra cost. See below listed scheduled rates.
