“Main Street Corridor Project”

The University expects to enter into a Public-Private Partnership or “P3” Agreement with a Private Party or Parties to develop, design, finance and construct a new on campus living-learning community (the “Main Street Corridor Project” or “Project”) at its Tallahassee, Florida campus. The Project consists of a residential component that is expected to provide up to 1,078 beds, and a mixed use development that will provide students the opportunity to experience community living and build social relationships that will enhance their campus life and academic experiences on the FAMU Tallahassee campus.
