Human Capital ManagementThe Enterprise Information Technology division, Human Capital Management (HCM) team is responsible is for managing of the implementation, development, upgrade, and maintenance of the iRattler (PeopleSoft) Human Capital Management (HCM) Module.
The Human Capital Module was successfully implemented in December 2007 and provides an online time / labor entry for departments and enhanced reporting capabilities. The HCM module interfaces with the other iRattler modules for exchange and update of financial and student data. This fully integrated enterprise system will assist in the enhancement of university analysis and planning activities.
How does the iRattler HCM implementation affect you?
The implementation of the Employee Self Service Module has enabled all faculty and staff to review and or update the following data online.
- Personal information such as home and mailing addresses.
- Salary warrant and compensation history on,line.
- Sign up for direct deposit and make changes to their W-4 card for withholding taxes and personal exemptions.
Employees should also be aware that payroll advices (Employee Earnings Statements) will no longer be printed and distributed with the salary warrants/paychecks. Employees will have access to the same pay information by way of the new Self Service module to print a copy (ies) of the advice on-line.
