Michael A. James, Interim CIO /Director Student Administration Application- Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Office of Information Technology and the Campus Solutions Application. Mr. James joined the Information Technology Division in 2007.  Mr. James has served in several leadership roles in the Office of the University Registrar, including University Registrar 1997-2006.  Mr. James received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management in 1980 and a Master of Education in 1986 from Florida A&M University.

Veronica Stokes, Director of Application Development and Maintenance – Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of Human Capital Management and Financial Management Applications, Analytics and Reporting and iRattler Training Units.  She is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has over 20 years of accounting system experience.  Ms. Stokes served as financial project lead for FAMU’s original ERP implementation team and  has six (6) years of PeopleSoft training and experience.

Ronald Henry, Director E.I.T. Services and Telecommunications - Responsible for all University Server Infrastructure, Personal computers, and telephony communications.  Mr. Henry is a 1995 graduate of Florida A&M University with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. He joined the Florida A&M University staff in 2000 as a Systems Administrator working closely with the University’s Server Infrastructure.  Mr. Henry has several years experience with State agencies in the technology field. Mr. Henry possesses the skills necessary to make FAMU a major player in Higher Education by providing superior technology solutions for Faculty, Staff, and Students.

Wayne Dunwoody, Director Network Infrastructure – Responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance and upgrade of the University's network infrastructure and equipment. Mr. Dunwoody has over twenty years experience in networking in both private and public sector organizations. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida A&M University and has served his Alma Mater for over ten (10) years in various technology related positions.

Reiko Allum Mitchell, Executive Assistant - Responsible for managing the administrative operation of the division to ensure that daily workflow is managed effectively and efficiently. Mrs. Mitchell has a Bsc. in Computer Science and Management and a Masters in Business Administration. Her IT/Management cross discipline gives her a unique perspective on IT business operations.
