Trombone Ensemble

Robert U. Griffin, Director

The Florida A&M University Trombone Ensemble consists of music and non-music majors covering a broad spectrum of disciplines across the university.  Participation in the Trombone Ensemble is mandatory for music majors, however non-majors volunteer their time.  The purpose of the Trombone Ensemble is to provide students opportunities to learn and explore literature written for this type of ensemble covering classical, jazz, traditional and contemporary styles of music.  The very talented members of the Florida A&M University Trombone Ensemble perform recitals and concerts on and off campus.
