Center for Viticultural Sciences
The mission of the Center for Viticultural Sciences and Small Fruit Research is to conduct research and provide service and support that will help the viticulture industry in Florida to become a viable industry (Florida Viticulture Policy Act, 1978).
Advances in both veterinary medicine technology and technique are the fuel firing the increased demand for well-trained individuals to work as veterinary technologists.

Center for International Agricultural Trade Developmental Research and Training
The Center for International Agricultural Trade, Development Research and Training (CIATDRT) manages the college’s international agricultural development assistance, research and training programs in the developing world. Through the combined programs of the Office of International Agriculture Programs (OIAP) and CIATDRT, the College continues to build on a 43 year international agriculture tradition.
To provide training, research, and development assistance to public and private international organizations, particularly in the areas of: small enterprise development, marketing, international trade, and sustainable agriculture to improve the economic status and quality of life for limited resourced people globally.
Over the past forty-three years, College of Agriculture and Food Sciences (CAFS) has established a successful record of accomplishment in the design and implementation of international projects in areas of focus which include:
