Alumnus Spotlight Tommeron Timmons

Tommeron Timmons graduated from the College of Agriculture and Food Sciences (CAFS) formerly known as the College of Engineering Sciences Technology and Agriculture (CESTA) in 2003 with a degree in Agribusiness. Timmons is the Coordinator for Research Programs & Services in CAFS, and one of the advisors for Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) and The Collegiate 100 two student organizations in the College. Timmons daily workload includes reviewing budgets, assisting with the distribution of Grants awarded to CAFS, and helping with proposal packaging and submittal. In 2015 he served on the national committee for celebrating 125 years of being a land grant institution. Timmons applaud FAMU for teaching him how to be fully engaged, diligent, and thorough.
