(CFA), the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Accreditation (IACLEA), and the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies Inc. (CALEA).

Calloway has a passionate interest and focus on the leadership development of his staff. While at FAMU, he has re-energized the police department and advanced its reputation as a respected police department through training, discipline, accountability, and stimulating creativity and growth.
